  Little change in your daily routine can become  you healthy and long life. Just adopt something for your whole life and remove some disposable things for it.  Just adopt easy life tips.



1. Every day, arising 5 'o clock I mean. Before the sun rising. And go to walk about 2 or 3 km. And start  your day with prayer from it. A power will create which will do sharp to your heart and mind.




2. Always keep straight your body in other words sit then straight and walk  then straight. I mean  always keep your body active. Do not feel tired. Take a long sleep for fresh your body and mind.




3. Do effort of making health only with food. And the good way of it that always do with joy and while chewing your lunch so that digestion should be good. Problem will not create from it.







4.The main region of becoming fatty is oily and sweets material. Fat increases from oil and sweets. And laziness and in-activeness come in the body. Eat these types of material in a normal dose.




5. Leave stodge or indigestion food. If you can not do it, keep a fast in a weak and make the balance.  By any way just try to manage it.




6. Make a habit of riding bicycle for 5 to 6 km in a day. And do less use of vehicles as you can do go bicycle for less distance. If you can walk every day with bicycle, It is good for you. It is the best way for healthy exercise.
