 These  exercise will help you look better and feel better

 1. Race

 Race is a coman  exercise. we all  know about  this  exercise as we know it is a full body exercise.  This exercise helps to build strong bones.  It is a weight reducing exercise and become  strong your muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilo joules, help maintain a healthy weight. in a day we should race 1 km to 2 km as a normal exercise. 


         



2. Jump Squats

In this exercise we begin with Jump Squats,  Squat down and push yourself up by jumping. we need to land back on your feet and lower into a squat again. Repeat the same process for a minute.  having a good balance we can hold your fists tight in front of us.




3. Pile Squats

First we should  stand with our feet in V position shoulder width apart. Lower our bottom towards the floor like a regular squat. Explode up into a jump as we stretch our-self. Repeat the same exercise for a minute






4. Push-up and side plank

It is a daily morning push-up. Do a regular push-up with hands placed wider than the shoulders and
your legs straightened behind you. Pull in your abdominal muscles and keep your body in a straight line as you continue the push-ups. As you complete each push up perfectly, bring your body to the side and do a side plank as seeing in the figure below.

5. Swings up and down  your arms

For this exercise we will not need  any type of instrument. We just jump and open the legs and arms together into the air. Repeat the same exercise for a minute. After complete the exercise we feel  good.
 


6. Plank Exercise

 In this  exercise we should lie on the floor face down, place your elbows on the floor and lift yourself up with their support. Your body should be straight with your head to your ankles. You need to hold this position for a minute.
